Quick fix is to give em a spray down with brake cleaner. It won't last long. Squealing is caused by brake dust getting in between the pad and the caliper, which makes them vibrate under pressure, and therefore squeal. On cars, you can get this goop that you put on the back of brake pads which dries into a plastic-like coating, and remains slippery so the claiper doesn't vibrate and squeal. I don't know if it would work on a bike or not. Seems to me the stock brake pads basically SUCK, put off alot of dust, and cause alot of squealing...... Longer term fix would be better pads, possible backed with plastic, or with the same goop you use on cars..... not sure.....
